HR Operation Specialist – Temporary Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team for a temporary position.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, supporting Global HR team, managers and employees.

Please Note- This is a maternity leave replacement for one year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the administration of employee life cycle processes.
  • Process payroll inputs and collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for internal stakeholders.
  • Take part in our annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions), ensuring smooth execution and data alignment
  • Maintain a comprehensive, structured database covering base salary, bonuses, RSUs, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Support the HR team with various operational tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in global HR operations role
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with advanced HRIS platforms – HiBob advanced.
  • Strong understanding of payroll operations, compensation cycles, and regulatory compliance.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment, with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent English – both written and verbal – is essential.
